Dr. Rad Radulvich is a CON, his office girl is his side man.
Assistant does X-​rays, Dr. comes in pokes around in your mouth, he leaves, office girl comes with the estamite. But first she says how bad your teeth are. They make you feel ashamed so you’ll go alone with the cleaning. She asks, do you brush, don’t you floss? YES I DO twice a day for both and you just did a deep cleaning 6 months ago!
Then she informs me this is different Dr. need to dig deep under your gums, it’s really bad. We are going to give you 4 shots of Novocain cause we don’t want to hurt you.
Then they hit you, cost $ 1,250. FOR A CLEANING oh but you have very good insurance and it will only cost your $ 400. I’m in shock at the condition of my teeth so I allow Dr. to do the work. He does a little scrapping, NO novocain and he’s done in less than 15 minutes. BAM $ 400. I honestly was in shock so I paid.
I called the next day very upset told them I’m putting in a complaint with my insurance company. Dr. Radulvich called me back and said he made a mistake he did not know the office girl was writing me up for deep clean. He admitted the cleaning was not done and refunded my money. CONFUSING isn’t it! Office girl telling Dr. what to do?
The truth is he got lazy and didn’t want to go through the motion of a procedure I did NOT need. He figured I was a push over cause he took me for $ 2,550 the visit before.
Broken bridge that he said was not covered. NOW I find out it was covered, out of pocket to me should have been $ 235. If I had NO insurance most other dentist would have charged me $ 1,400.
You might think I’m a fool. Maybe, but I’m also a hard working, HONEST person that trusted these crooks.

Dr. Radulovich is a true professional. I was there earlier today getting 4 cavities filled on my left side, they numbed my mouth so well that I couldn’t even feel the drill.
The staff here is super friendly and does their best to put you at ease while you’re having your appointment, highly recommend this place. They take most dental insurances!

Great dentist, always cares about the patients and does the job right

This is the absolute worst dentist I’ve ever been to.
Dr. Radulovich will try to upsell you on anything and everything and will try to scare or bully you into getting unnecessary procedures.
