A plumber Dominic came out to my home today. He was here on time as promised. He was upfront with the cost and he got the work done just the way he described he even cleaned the mess after he was done. I really highly recommend Dominic and his plumbing company thank you

Terrible experience with these guys. I paid them several hundred dollars to fix something. Plumber was nice, he came and went. A week later I’m having the same problem. I called them up and they told me it wasn’t their problem and they did what I paid them to do. Huh? Not only that, out of hundreds of people I work with on a yearly basis, the guy in charge at the shop was the rudest I’ve had to deal with, maybe ever.
I’m not sure why you would treat your customers this way, let alone other local Culver City business owners.
I can no longer recall the name of the gentleman I spoke with on the phone, Stacey? Thanks for nothing.
Condensed version: Cheated me out of a few hundred dollars. Rude guy answering the phone. Definitely do not care about their customers.

We had a pretty bad leak starting from our upstairs bathroom. The water traveled all the way down to our dining room. I called Ray Blom on a Sunday morning and Tracy was at my house within a couple of hours. He figured out the problem right away and stopped the leak. The price was exceptionally fair, especially for an after hours issue. I highly recommend Ray Blom.

I had only minor problems (A loose kitchen faucet and clogged bathroom drain). They were at my house in Mar Vista in 2 hours and were nice, efficient, and effective! Affordable, too.

Up until the other day, we had not needed a plumber. The suddenly, we had a leak in our upstairs bath/​shower. The leak had gotten to the point that the kitchen ceiling below was filling with water. In a quick panic, I looked on Unilocal and found Ray Blom Plumbing. After a call, they arrived quickly with a knowledgable approach and a smile they fixed the leak. All is well now and at a fair price. I thank and highly recommend Ray Blom Plumbing.

My boss has been using Ray Blom for over 20 years. He’s our go to guy for plumbing issues with our tenants. We have hired him for small jobs and big jobs, like replacing main lines. His service is competent, friendly and reasonably priced.
I would definitely call them before calling «Roto _​_​_​_​.» Well, :) Call them before you call anyone! LOL!

Fair and Honest

Great service when my sewer clogged! Ray Blom Plumbing had the tree roots snaked and the drain open in 15 minutes. They charged a reasonable price, called ahead with an ETA, showed up when they said they would and took precautions so there wasn’t a mess around the sewer access in my garage. They did the job they were called to do and even offered good advice to help keep the sewer line clear in the future.
They’re honest too. Specifically, Ray Blom Plumbing DIDN’T try to sell me expensive unneeded services with scare tactics like the other company that came out two days before, who told me my sewer couldn’t be cleared with a snake and needed to be relined or replaced for $ 6000! Forget Mr. Rooter WLA and call Ray Blom Plumbing instead.
