Wolf Rooter and Plumbing

I tried numerous times to schedule an appointment with their office manager and it appears they DO NOT want new business. I sent an email with pictures including a description of my issue 3 times and never got a response. I called twice on a Thursday, twice on Friday and followed up again on Saturday. Every time I called I was told I would get a call back but I never received one. Overtime I email it was somehow not received even though it was shown as sent and delivered on my end.
The experience was frustrating. Despite word of mouth reviews the plumbing service was great I never got the chance to experience it. Too tired of chasing them down… Moving on.

I can’t recommend this plumbing company enough. We had a mainline break and Adam and his worker did an EXCELLENT job. Our job was a little more complicated then the usual break. 2 plumbers didn’t even want to touch the job. Adam used his experience, creativity and of course hard work to get us back up and running with water right away. I’m in the construction industry and deal with tons of contractors everyday. So I know when I see someone who takes pride in their work. The price was more then fair and I was happy that he took the time to run through how he plumbed the project. You could see the pride in his eyes and artisan approach when he showed me the products he selected and how he put them together. After the job was complete and paid he could have easily just left, but gave me a free flush valve knowing that the one I had was on it’s way out.
