First, I want to give a shoutout to the owners of this place. I used to work in this mall, so I used to come here a lot for quick snacks. Their selection of products is pretty diverse considering how small their store is. What I like the most of this location is how they are considered a «Lucky Retailer» for the scratchers. I bought one 3 dollar scratcher, and I wound up winning 75 dollars. I always used to win a lot of money, until I got into this sick psychologically twisted game, I became sort of addicted to scratchers. I *do* recommend paying with cash, because you have to buy a certain limit to buy in debit. Don’t get me wrong, the owners’ primary language is not english, but they always greeted me with a smile and respect. Plus, I’m sure they appreciated that I was a regular for their store. One time, I bout 80 dollars worth of scratchers and I didn’t win ONE penny. It just comes to show, even if it’s a ‘lucky retailer’- you don’t necessarily get lucky.

Never had a problem with this store until today… My 3 year old niece decides that she wants a juice and I’m expecting to pay no more than $ 2 and I’m shocked to find out it’s $ 3.50. What is this Disneyland? Whatever, I buy the juice to find out the top doesn’t work so no juice is coming out. I tried to exchange it for one that does work(apparently that’s too much to ask for) and the lady refused. She grabbed the juice out of my hand and proceeded to touch the top and said«try now» excuse me but I am not going to allow my niece to put her lips on the top after she touched it. After all I did pay her with cash. Then the owner came out and started yelling at me and my sister that he’s not responsible for his merchandise to take it up with the juice company. Needless to say they have lost a loyal customer.

A typical workday mall run: grab lunch, window shop, and buy household items at Target. And then you remember the most important checklist item: buying a chance to win the Mega Millions jackpot. Those hedonistic fantasies seem awfully close now… Not as exciting as buying tix at Café Miss Cutie, but thankfully Z Newstand works the lotto zombie line quickly!

Owned by a sweet older asian couple. You can get your lotto on, junk food fix with candy and chips, medicine, eyedrops, stuff you might suddenly need. It is literally convenient, but I give it 3 stars for being a bit pricey and only accepting cash.
