They installed shower doors quickly and for a good price. But Scott did not install the handles properly. The day of installation he was too busy packing and leaving to address the knobs when I pointed out the problem. He said he’d be back to adjust the doors and fix the handles/knobs. Several months later still no fix. He was here and said he didn’t have the right tools. Then later said he had to order solvent – he said this as he came by to get a check. Now he won’t return messages. Like the reviewer before me, it appears Scott is not to be trusted.

I wish I could give them Zero stars.
They installed our windows (14) upstairs. They took one of our old antique windows and said they would replace the glass with mirrors… I called many times, and they ignored my calls. The windows and the surrounding framing is laughable, and the first time I tried to clean them, about half of the latches fell apart.
(As I write this, 3 of them have to propped up with sticks.)
These people promise a lot, deliver crappy product and actually stole our antique window. which can be resold (which I bet they did, or otherwise, why wouldn’t they give it back) for it’s worth of about 100 dollars.
PS.Scott at Cumberland glass… you are a lying sleazy crook… I hope you fall through a pane of your own crappy glass.
