Ani’s Pizza & Seafood

Damn I love this place! I’m house sitting a friends and discovered this place on Grub Hub. Ive ordered twice and had great experiences both times. Things I’ve had which rocked:
Tuna grinder
Meatball parm
Steak n cheese w works
All of my orders were drag and yummy. Not to mention big. Nothing worse than a tiny sangweech.
Delivery was always super quick and drivers were very friendly. Order from here. Do it!

I went in for dinner with a friend to have a seafood platter. we shared it and we couldn’t tell the difference between the clam strips an whole belly clams. An there were 3 scallops done nicely and 3 or 4 really large fried shrimp also pretty good. What reAlly bothered me was the measly piece of fish. It was so thin an it was the size of McDonald’s fish but thin an flat NOT OK .but we were hungry and waited a while. I should of went to a seafood restaurant instead, at least now I know. And the lady at the counter came by asked how we liked it and we said so so she acted surprised an took off Oh well!

Got take out last night. I liked their zucchini sticks, it’s different. Pretty good jalapeño poppers. I tried my daughter’s buffalo chicken wrap, it was nice and spicy. I got the falafel wrap; but was not impressed. My husband’s Italian grinder looked good!

Ani’s is our go to delivery place. The whole family and sons friends love it! Their pizza is amazing, Shepard pie, steak tips, sub’s, turkey bacon sub’s, southwest egg rolls. The guy who takes our order knows before I do what we are going to order, yeah, we order that much! They always say 30 – 45 minutes and always show up in 20. We haven’t met an a$$ of a driver yet! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Pizza is ok. Not the best, but have had much, much worse. They seem to have a decent following, as they have actually stayed in business there for quite some time. The grinder I got was super greasy.

Best delivery available. Tried potato skins, steak tips, grilled chicken, burger and fries, chix parmesan, cake and cheese pizza.
Delivered HOT and fresh; never gotten food this good delivered this well. Potato skins were hot, crispy, and best we have had. Not sure how it was so hot, so good, and delivered, but we are sold.

Have gotten takeout from Ani’s twice now. First time we ordered the Angus burger, southwestern egg rolls, steak and everything sub and the seafood platter that states on the menu to have GIGANTIC portions for $ 22. Everything was very good. My husband fell in love, was so happy with the platter and it was gigantic. We had shared it and still had leftovers. Was very impressed and definitely wanted to eat there again. Last night we decided to get dinner from there, ordered the same thing. The steak and the egg rolls were delicious once again, our 12 yr old complained that the Angus burger was very small, which it was for a $ 10 burger. Now the seafood platter, which did taste good, was NO where near GIGANTIC. We were so shocked. It gave us 2 shrimp, 2 scallops, a small piece of fish and a sm/​med pile of fried clams. The price didn’t change but we received about half of what we got last time, and it was only a couple of weeks ago. Such a bummer because we planned on ordering that a lot. Unfortunately with the economy, we can’t afford to waste that much money on that small platter. We’ll order again but will probably be for only an app and a sandwich :-/

Good satisfying pizza, good crust, quality toppings. Definitely not a run of the mill chain-​restaurant style pie. The salad size seem to have shrunk a bit which is a bit disappointing. The only thing we have not been impressed with was the potato skins which were waaaaay overcooked and should not have been served. Other that, we love this place and will continue to order from them!

Ok, tried more stuff. The seafood is amazing, even in a takeout box. How they manage to deliver it in Styrofoam and have it not soggy and gross is beyond me. Yeah, five stars, because it’s that good.
