Now that impact has been paid in FULL, they still refuse to replace the items they spelled incorrectly, and have still not produced items that were ordered the first week of SEPTEMBER! They didn’t just make us have to deal with parents on a weekly, sometimes a daily basis, but the real people who are suffering are the kids who begged their parents to buy items or worked their behinds off fundraising to get items. WE had to repay the parents and kids, while impact has our money & merchandise!
