Best place for quality.meats. In answer to the one posting about supermarket prices well its quality. Better grade. Can tell looking at the display case, but most importantly, TASTE!
Never heard of other store you mentioned.
Love phone in order service, small or large doesn’t matter. Staff is polite courteous and extremely helpful. They get to know you and remember your preferences. Love my Nikki!
Owner is always available to offer Assistance.
Have special ordered several times… prime rib. They will marinate it for you as well!

I stopped in earlier for the first time. Fairly well stocked for a small store. I liked the red bliss potato salad, and I am very picky about potato salad. I do think the meat prices are on the high side. Armandos in Pawtucket is much better for meat prices. Why is it $ 17/​lb for NY strip? That is much more than the grocery store or Armandos, where it is closer to $ 9−10lb. Also about twice the amount for london broil. No mention of it being local or grass fed so I don’t see any reason for such a big difference. The prices for other grocery items were fine.

Michael’s Meats is second to none. If you need steak, skip the grocery store and come to a real butcher. I have been buying the ribeye steaks here for two years and the quality always exceeds my expectations. In addition to steak, I have purchased the prepared chicken and small groceries.

My boyfriend will not let me buy meat anyplace else. Very friendly staff, and you can call ahead your order. We absolutely love the stuffed burgers they’re amazing!

We have been customers at Michael’s Meats for many years. It is a nice, locally owned shop that sells fresh, quality meats and produce. The prices are decent and the staff are generally friendly. If you have a particular item you are looking for, they will gladly order it for you. You can also call ahead and they will have your order ready when you arrive.
