So this review is kind of late, but I think it needs to be written. I had used the spray tanning services here a few times before in years past, with no problems or issues. In fact, I was always pretty happy with my results. So when I went home for my wedding, I decided to use Noelani’s again. what a mistake. Of course you can’t tell right away because it darkens over time, but by the time it had settled, I started noticing dark spots all over my arms and upper body — but mainly on my arms! I was a blotchy, spotted, uneven mess, just in time for my big day! And they had me sign a waver releasing them from any responsibility of a mishap, so I didn’t even bother contacting them because I really didn’t have time to argue with no means to an end. So i scrubbed and scrubbed but to no avail. My spots were semi-​permanent and would be present in all their glory on my wedding day. And when I mentioned it to a friend, she told me that the exact same thing happened to her not long before this. so I dont know what is going on there or what changed, but yikes! I was not happy and will not be returning for future sessions. I do a better job at home with my spongey mit and store bought foam. The ONLY reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1 is because the place was clean and nice, and the staff was really friendly. Although none of those things matter when you come out looking like a giraffe, minus the freaky long neck. (FYI. St. Tropez from Ulta = AMAZING. I’m telling you, it’s flawless and the color is perfect. Wish I would have just stuck to what I know for my wedding. Lesson learned.)
