I have been to many different spin studios, including some high end studios in Boston and I LOVED Spin-Works! I learned more at Spin-Works than I have at any other studio, the instructor was fun, friendly and very supportive to the new-comers. The class was really geared toward people of all different levels, everyone was having a good time. Really looking forward to taking another class, and «SWEATIN’» as Peter, the owner likes to say! :)

In one word, Spin-Works is AWESOME.
If you’ve never taken spin classes before, they offer «spintroduction» to get the how-to. I hadn’t taken spin in several years, so Jeff asked me to come in 15 minutes early. He set me up on the bike, found the right settings & logged them on a business card for me, reminded me of the positions (1,2,3) and I was good to go.
My first class was with Chris G. She is so fun! You really feel like you’re part of a team and everyone is so encouraging.
The room is nice and dark, so your main focus can easily be your own form without stressing about whether or not you look silly.
It can get expensive, but they offer a lot of great specials. Right now, they have a texting club where you can receive one week of unlimited for free. They also have a first time member special, $ 40 for 30 days unlimited (first time buyers only).
I’ve already signed up for my next class and can’t wait to go back!

I know what your thinking… this place is expensive!!! I thought the same thing, but… it is worth every penny you put down! I love the instructors. I love the black light room. I love the up beat music. This place makes it fun to exercise!
I am not an athlete nor am I a regular gym buff, I was simply looking for a place to get into shape, in addition to a place I’d actually GO TO! Spin works is your place!
I also suggest trying the TRX class… if you want every muscle in your body to hate you (in a good way) the next day!

Since moving to the area several months ago, I attended my first class at Spin Works last night; I had a serious illness this August and was out of commission for a while. I LOVED this place! The instructor, Peter, was awesome and so was the gentleman that runs the place, also Peter! I felt welcome and the people all seemed very nice and community-like! I even got an email from the manager hoping I had a good class!!! Talk about customer service!!! :)
They are pricey and the equipment is a bit older and not what I am used to riding, but it was still a wonderful workout and I’ll definitely go back!!!

I’ve been spinning for about three years and I just recently moved into the area and was super excited to have a Spin Studio near by, since I’ve only been able to attend Spin in a gym setting. All I have to say is WOW WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I instantly felt welcome the work out and atmosphere was beyond my expectations and honestly I feel like I just found my new family! Totally worth every penny!!!

Excellent instructors particularly Ashlee, Amie and Trisha; however, extremely rigid management so don’t expect any customer service courtesies. It’s by the book. Be sure to read their contract as there is no flexibility at all.

I really enjoyed the class at Spin Works. Unlike other spin classes I’ve been to where everyone looks pissed, this one was fun! The spinners participated in the class shouting instructions and cheering. the music selection was great and the class seemed to fly by!
My only complaint is, I thought the classes were pricey. My new gym offers spin classes for free. And the cost is only slightly higher PER MONTH!
