Staples the Office Superstore

I go to Staples a lot. I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and more than willing to assist me whenever I have any questions or if I’m looking for a specific product.
The rewards program is great. I use the rebates to purchase special items.
I’m a happy returning customer.

Free Cookies and Candy upped their lacked of service and friendliness to give it 3 stars. I walked in here on a Saturday night and felt like somebody died. We had to use the color copier machine and so we went to work. No one ever greeted us or asked to see how we were doing. The workers seemed disinterested and sluggish. I even walked around the store while my wife copied. I sat in chairs, tested out the laptops, and played with smart phones without even a check to see if I needed help. But they did have a few free cookies and candy at a table in the front. I enjoyed a cookie and candy since I was starving and knew it would be at least an hour or more before we finished shopping.
By the furniture they had half assembled furniture and boxes just laying around. The management seems a little lax here. But if you want hassle free shopping and you don’t like even to be asked how you are doing then this is the place for you. And they do make pretty nice colored copies on their machines.
