I used to love this store. So much so, that after discovering it, I drove 2 hours away from home to shop here. Among my items were two strands of lights. One strand worked perfectly fine but the other, every other bulb is out. It’s not the fuses and they’re LED bulbs so I have attempted twice on the phone and three times online to get them replaced and all I hear as excuses about the manager not being there. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
