Third Base Sports Bar and Grill

Dive/​townie bar for sure, but it was a great time. The bartender was very busy but also very sweet and fast. Cheap drinks. My best friend bought a house down the street so we walked here – I’m sure I’ll be back.

I have been here a couple times. Hoping each time it would get better. I give up. I had the unfortunate experience of trying this place again on Saturday for a bingo event they had there (event was fun despite the bar experience). When we showed up it was pretty busy (parking at this place is always bad but Saturday it was just ridiculous) the bartender there at the time seemed overwhelmed and a little wired to say the least (I have heard drugs are rampant in this place not sure if this was the case here) Not sure if she was new or just a bad bartender but she definitely didn’t seem to handle the orders well. Thankfully another girl came on (night bartender probably) and the drinks flowed. She did a great job. The owner is usually there and always makes you feel like he doesn’t even want you there. I personally have witnessed him yelling at people sometimes. Very uncomfortable. He was there again Saturday and seemed to just lurk around. There are definitely better places in Cumberland

Stopped in after someone told me they had a new kitchen. Tried a chicken bacon ranch calzone the 1^st time, it was awesome. Had fish n chips last night… amazing! So happy bc it’s close by n open for lunch too.

Perfect low-​key place. Unexpectedly friendly staff. Great prices! They had free samples for the kitchen re-​vamp. BEST BUFFALO CHICKEN I HAVE EVER HAD!!! seriously cannot wait to go in when thenkitche opens.

Worse dive bar in Cumberland! !! The owner is there all the time and makes you feel like your not wanted there…. overheard the owner Tony telling a customer how small his junk is but is all about how you work it… the owner is a pig… got chicken wings that looked like bat wings… and to top it off my girlfriend went to go to the bath room and walked in on the bartender doing lines. maybe if there were locks on the stalls this would not of happened… when asked y there are no locks on all the stalls was told it’s a long story. .beware! !!!

This place used to be the place to be. It’s nice inside and the bartenders are fantastic. Price is average, and the food is delicious. I think it’s just there are too many bars in the small area of south cumberland, and they don’t advertise or host parties or what not. They should be busier than they are.
The parking lot is small, but manageable, and there is tons of a st parking. The owner is usualy there and talks with everyone and is friendly.

Awful, dive, need to replace all there tv’s, there all 20″ units. Way to small to watch football games when they have the Sunday ticket.

Have had plenty of great nights here. Live music, good prices and decent food. Try the blade meat.

This is a sketchy little bar I have had the displeasure of visiting several times. The décor is extremely disjointed from the dive neighborhood bar to the stripper pile in the back and the floral-​accented front room. Service is mediocre, and the bartender has stiffed my friends several times. As I recall, the food was mediocre. I won’t be going back.

Went one time and liked the beer, was cheep and good. Next visit tried the food stuffed clams were awful, chicken finger were served RAW. Will never go back.
