We had two appliances experience problems at once (how lucky) — our garage fridge/​freezer and our microwave.
They came out the same day and got us limping (he re-​bent the fridge door frame and taped up the broken bracket in the microwave) until they could come back and do the permanent repairs. It took about a week (which isn’t bad) and there was lots of PROACTIVE communication the whole time.
