Unbelievable rude people. Especially the management… they treated their employees horribly as I waited to place my order. The donuts were old and dry also– very disappointed!!!

Very rude treatment in the drive thru. They forgot I was there. When I drove to the window to finally place my order they implied I was lying about not being acknowledged. The owner/manager/whatever was rude and when I said never mind about ordering at all and started to drive off, he yelled at me out the drive thru window!!! Are you kidding me??? Have not been back since and have no intention of ever going back. I used to visit monthly to purchase for work meetings but have switched to Dutch Monkey. Better, fresher donuts and much nicer people.

First time stopping at this Dunkin to pick up an assorted dozen for my team at work. The donuts looked and tasted old. The presentation on the donuts was the worst I have seen. Even donuts at the gas station are iced better. The icing did not cover the top of the donuts. Sprinkles on one side and none on the other. It was quite embarrassing. Not sure if it was a bad or busy morning but would hope it is not normal for your business.

Went in the drive-thru, was told to «hang on a minute». Several minutes went by, I think they forgot I was there. When I did get my food, there were no napkins in my bag, no straw, and my apple juice wasn’t cold. They weren’t busy… I was the only person in the drive-thru. WTF?
