A great place to recycle. They take everything you would expect. Cardboard, glass, plastic, steel, aluminum, and paper. They also take some
random items like batteries and scrap metal. They also take garbage for a small fee. The only strike on the place is that some of the employees are not very helpful when you pull in. Not all… just a few. The last time I was there it was better.

I love the dump. Well, the PC term is recycling center but let’s face it, it’s the DUMP. I take my 1 – 2 bags of trash here each week and spend between $.50 and $ 1. I can recycle the old standards like cardboard, plastics, glass, and newspaper. They also take batteries, used cooking oil and electronics (electronics for a small fee). One can also donate books and used clothes here. I can’t imagine wasting $ 15 a month on trash service when I can spend less than 1⁄3 on taking my own stuff to the dump. And when my kid gets older, I can teach all sorts of environmental stewardship lessons. It’s a win-​win.
