Super helpful staff and great oils and vinegars! They let you taste some great combinations, and can steer you towards some good recommendations if you say what you need the oil/​vinegar for (salad dressing, meat marinade, etc). I got raspberry vinegar and walnut olive oil to combine for salad dressings. Plus a basic olive oil for cooking. I’m determined to go back for some blood orange olive oil to bake into brownies.
They also have a selection of breads, pastas, herbs, etc in the back.
