Excellent customer service from Debra! I was looking for a particular item which I had seen online, the original person who answered the phone was not helpful at all. She transferred me to Debra, who found it immediately and held the amount I needed for me to pick up. This is the kind of customer service that is always appreciated.

Awesome Halloween sales going on right now. We went for paint supplies and left with $ 140.00 worth of paint supplies, Halloween and Christmas decorations. The staff was super knowledgeable and patient. We wandered around for about an hour, and finally went to check out. We apparently had picked up the wrong coupons (seeming as we were not at kohls) and the wonderful woman at the check out let us use the store coupons. Saved a good bit of money. Also incredibly knowledgeable of where everything was in the store down to location on the isle… we were impressed!

My wife and I have, as proper retired persons, taken up brushes and begun to release the imprisoned children inside, who were jailed over 45 years ago when we became serious collegians and then adult career warriors. We participate in free classes held every Tuesday afternoon at the Lake at Berkeley Chapel, taught by a life long, now retired, art instructor. For now, our medium is acrylic paint on canvas. MIchael’s is a favorite source for supplies because they have occasional HUGE discounts on paints, canvases, brushes, and other supplies. Today was ‘Buy One Brush, Get One Free’ day. The store is usually cluttered and a little chaotic but it’s art, right?
