Bad pizza and terrible customer service. I ordered at this place for the second time and the pizza had so much sauce and it was so spice that we could not eat it w/​out scrapping the sauce. The dough was flavorless and borderline dry. I advised the manager and he could care less; I will not be ordering again.

Fast delivery and very good pizzas! We ordered 1 cheese pizza with tomatoes and 1 pepperoni. Loved both of them. Will definitely order again.

TERRIBLE.
Ordered a large pepperoni and the delivery was made in less than the promised time.
That’s the best thing that happened. The entire middle of the pizza was undercooked, and soggy. The crust literally pulled off the slices, then the cheese came right off the rest.
Not to mention, the pool of grease that was in the box.
The worst part was when I tried to email them, just for quality control, the email came back as undeliverable. I couldn’t find any way online to contact them. I never bothered to call after that, if they don’t care about the product they are putting out, it’s not my responsibility to chase them down… when they don’t get repeat customers, maybe they’ll figure it out.

I wanted something different. I got so tired of pizza Hut and whatnot. This was more expensive but it did taste better. Also their website was functioning unlike marcos and jets pizza (I dislike marcos anyway). It arrived when it said it would. I liked it and so did my dad who is a picky eater. The sauce. add sugar. With how sharp the pepperoni is in flavor, sweetness from the tomatoes would’ve been nice.

Ordered a thin-​crust, medium half-​n-​half, Hawaiian and BBQ chicken pizza. Good pizza. Next time I’ll order a large, BBQ Chicken and skip the Hawaiian.

Im originally from Cumming. Its been 2 years I’ve been residing in NJ. I lived literally down the street in James Creek. and Im happy to say, I’ve always been pleased by Pizza Primo. I used to get my Philly Cheese steak for lunch almost everyday. Pretty soon, when they always see me step in. They already knew what I wanted. I loved that. Customer service is excellent. The elderly man with the glasses was always so sweet to me. Really miss eating here not only Bc of the delicious pizza and subs but bc of the friendly faces.

Overall the pizza here is mediocre and lacks flavor. I suspect cheap ingredients are at play. The thin crust pizza was a 2-​star item. The sauce, in particular, was lousy. Okay, my main purpose was to try the Chicago style stuffed pizza, which was nothing short of disappointing. I gave it a generous 3-​stars even though it is not as good as the old Upper Crust pizzeria that used to be in Atlanta, and it’s a pathetic joke compared to Gino’s East in Chicago.

Homemade ingredients made by a loving family. What a great combination. Getcha a Chicago deep dish and thank me later. FYI, this is a take out only pizza joint.
