I purchased a chandelier from Progressive about 5 years ago. We sold our home and I had to leave my favorite chandelier. I carried a picture with me for months from lighting store to store looking for another. It was not to be found. Finally I stopped in the Cumming store and showed the pic to the sales lady. She was VERY helpful. She recognized the light immediately, said they did not carry it any longer but took the time to look up the model number and found a seller on line. I was so grateful! We ended up buying several other items while there. I have always found the personnel at both the Roswell store and the Cumming store to be very knowledgeable and friendly.

Giant signs for this super sale going on so I decided to give a smaller company my business instead of a Big Box Store. Ceiling fans are up high and I saw a price of around $ 120 on what looked like a $ 480 tag +/-fan. Must be a good deal with their giant sale going on. Got to the counter & the price was $ 600+. They lady told me the light fixture was $ 129 plus the $ 480. I went to Home Depot and bought a Hunter fan with bulbs for $ 79. They have nice stuff but not my money

Confusing? –The staff was semi-friendly(kind of snobby) –After not getting help in the store they wanted info to follow up then bugged me to death outside the store –In the store they price the items, 4 times what everyone else charges– then put them«on sale» 2 times what everyone else charges but the staff has to tell you the sale price… guessing game –They need to price their items, people see through that«sale» junk not to mention the staff is unhelpful in the store and that is where you need help interperting prices
