They overcharged me 8 $ to send a package with no tracking.

Best place in Cumming to ship, bar none! I come here all the time to return items back to Amazon and it is effortless every time. Their customer service is the BEST! Apparently kindness runs in the business cuz I always thought Terri was the bomb, but I just met the owner Brad and he was just as awesome!

Customer service is great here! Nice employees are very helpful. Way better than going to the post office.

GREAT IDEA!
This place is perfectly located on Market Place Blvd between Walmart and Home Depot. While your are doing your grocery shopping and other errands, you are able to just run in and drop off your mail and packages get your copies or quickly check your e-​mail if necessary. They have computers that can be rented at $ 3 for 15 min. Other services include: mail box rental, laminating, notary service, rubber stamps and business cards, moving supplies, postage stamps, faxing, scanning and shredding of unwanted documents. They will also pack up those fragile items for you if necessary.
This is a very small store but it appears to run very efficiently. There were three people working to help customers handle business quickly. If you are ever in a pinch for a greeting card, they also have a rack of cards conveniently located next to the door.
This is a great option for shoppers and others who happen to be in the area and want to avoid traveling to the post office and standing in long lines. Highly recommended!

Shipping packages around Christmas isn’t something I look forward to doing. I usually dread the long lines, not having everything I need, cranky workers… if you’ve shipped packages during the holidays then you probably know the drill. That said, I had a great experience at The Shipping Post! The guy who helped me, Dillon, was so kind. He was very patient with me, yet efficient in getting everything that I needed taken care of. I will definitely go back, I know that Dillon will make it happen!

Visited this location after a horrible experience at The UPS store at Lakeland Plaza in Cumming, Georgia. The Shipping Post is AWESOME! The prices are very competitive and the employees are very professional and friendly. They have earned a customer for life and I will highly recommend this location to friends and family.
