Be weary of this location if you want to use your groupon here. I had purchased a $ 30 off spray tan. I only wanted one spray tan but was told by a sales girl Melissa that I would not be able to use the groupon unless purchasing a package. I reluctantly purchased the package, but when I got home, I checked the fine print on the groupon and it said can be applied to «any spray tan.» I emailed both groupon and Solar dimensions regarding this and asked for a refund on the unused spray tans.
Solar dimension’s Alex Royter sent me an extremely condescending email saying, «I would have been able to refund you, if you wouldn’t have sent an email to Groupon as well. If you really wanted me to help you, you would not have emailed them as well.»
WHAT??? As a consumer, isnt that my right??? …and now he wants to «punish» me for that??? It was very rude! I have emailed him again for the third time and am still waiting to hear back from him.

I needed a tan before my vacation, so I decided to try Solar Dimensions. I really like the fact that they had several beds to choose from. They were extremely helpful and very very clean facility. It only took me three times in their top bed to get a really good base tan. However, they are very expensive. Overall, I am very happy with my experience

Love the groupon! I would never pay the arm-​and-​a-​leg full price for tanning here. The special deals, promos, and groupons are definitely worth it though. The staff has always been friendly and helpful in explaining the different tanning beds and options.
