STC Audio and Performance

I drove up from Jacksonville, FL to get my retrofit done for my car. I purchased all the parts from STC and the installer, Ben, was able to work in a deal to get the job completed for a great price. His attention to detail and customer service was top-​notch. What made the experience pleasant for me was that every two hours or so he’d pop out of the back and visit me holding my headlight and would stop what he was doing to explain where he was at as well as set an expectation for what to expect next and about when he’d be done. This was awesome because I wasn’t left in the waiting room to twiddle my thumbs and clock-​watch. Friendly guy, great location, and even his coworker Steve (whom I had nothing to do with) was pleasant and amiable. Both of them even offered me a bottle of water! The work was completed in a timely manner. Ben then took me to my car and showcased my retrofitted headlights, walked me through the installation under the hood, told me how to service it if the lights aren’t working for any reason, and even talked about care and maintenance of the product. At the conclusion of the transaction, he even provided me with warranty information and told me how to get service if something goes wrong. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had bringing my car to some place to get work done! I’ve never had anyone at a car place treat me this way and have such professionalism and care for his customers. He armed me with so much information and empowered me to maintain the retrofit and care for it in case something goes wrong. I definitely learned a lot from this guy!

I have been to several auto shops in my life and never received as good of service as I did dealing with STC. They sprayed linex in the floor board of my jeep wrangler and did an exceptional job. I will definitely be a repeat customer with anything regarding any of my vehicles. The owner Steve is extremely professional and made me feel valued as a customer. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any business. I highly recommend this company to anyone. There aren’t many businesses out there that value the customer and they definitely do. Taking the time out of my busy day to give them a good review is the least I can do. Thanks again STC!

My experience with Super Trucks & Cars was great. I recently had a HID projector retrofit kit installed on my Nissan Frontier. Ben did an excellent job on the install… it looks like factory and the performance is amazing. All in all I couldn’t have asked for more. I will bring my truck back there in the future. Where to begin?
Super Trucks & Cars is one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had.
The purpose of my first visit was to have Ben retrofit a set of HID projectors from Theretrofitsource into my Hyundai Accent.
Not only was the quality of the final product on par with what you would expect to see on a stock vehicle, Ben went the extra mile to explain the installation process and the core elements of HID technology in general.
I asked a lot of questions because I found the process fascinating, and Ben never missed a step in elaborating on what was happening.
I received a beautiful set of projectors as well as a crash course education in automotive lighting tech.
There are several other safety upgrades and aesthetic mods I have planned for my car, and Super Trucks & Cars is my first and only choice to do it!
