I won’t be going back. It’s great that they are busy and if I wanted to be treated as if I were cattle, I would go to a farm. I own a business and consider myself fairly intelligent. This is not my first rodeo. Some of the staff are clueless, the rest are condescending. Simple questions can not be answered, the doctor will not call you back if you need a simple question answered when his staff are not capable, and I have to go back and pay an additional $ 40 to change to a better brand of contacts, although they just saw me and measured my eyes! What will he see different in a few weeks? I have said for two years that I am never doing back, and I will finally never go back even if someone else is more expensive and less convenient.

Stupid and rude… what a combination. The female repeatedly answered my legitimate questions with smart-assed questions of her own. After several attempts to get my questions answered, and tired of being insulted by a future Jerry Springer guest, I left. On my way out, I received a call of Lens Crafters who had tried to fax my prescription over five times without success. Evidently Target Optical’s fax machine was not turned on.

The staff was sweet, but not efficient. I had to wait for quite a while after my scheduled time(about an hour and a half… wha?!?), and felt that my time with the doctor was a bit rushed. I left unsure as to whether my prescription was right as I was told to let the office know which I wanted — you know, because I am totally equipped and trained to figure out what my prescription should be… now wait… that is the doctor’s job… right? I wouldn’t go back.
