The owner Boyd has been in the Tuxedo business for 30 years. He stocks a multitude of styles and sizes. We had a last-​minute invitation to a formal affair and he fitted and altered a Tuxedo just 3 hours before the event. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else moving forward. Thank you Boyd and Danielle!

After waiting one hour and receiving a number, the employees allowed two walk-​ins behind us to be measured. While finally being helped, employees were rude and insolent. Walked out before measurements were taken and will not be back.

Just left Boyd and his service and prices are UNBELIEVABLE! We walked out paying less to purchase a tuxedo complete with shoes and alterations for less than we paid at Men’s Warehouse to rent a tuxedo. I wish I had purchased a tuxedo here years ago we could have saved hundreds. Call and set an appointment or just drop in. I saw a hard to fit young man drop in while I was there and he was taken care of and fitted on the spot. What can I say, except buying or renting this is the place to save without sacrificing quality. I am a hard to please mother and I walked out with a smile on my face.

Owners Boyd and Alice are very easy to deal with and super polite. In and out on same trip with pants hemmed. Boyd will even adjust sleeves on your first trip. Chose to purchase tuxedo instead of renting since my son is a junior and will have the tux for next year also. Spent the same amount on purchasing a full tux, shoes, tie, etc… as it cost us to rent a tux from MW last year for his older brother. Great service, great price.

Outstanding service. Brought my son to be fitted for high school band tuxedo with one week until concert. Other customers ahead of us; all were treated with respect and courtesy. My son is tall and thin. They had a tuxedo that fit him. He was fitted on the spot and they hemned his trousers while we waited. The owners dog kept our teenage son occupied while we waited for the trousers to be hemned.

Very thorough place — did a great job fitting my fiancé for his tux and helped us choose unique styles for our groomsmen. They have a large selection Jim’s Formalwear styles to try on so you can actually see what you’ll be ordering.
Overall we definitely recommend this place!

We had to rent a tux for my husband on short notice. They were so good about squeezing us in. They found him the perfect one, it had to be alter in a short time and they came through. The owner was very easy to work with and the staff all knew their stuff! I would defiantly go there again

We had an amazing experience today at Tuxedo Warehouse. My husband needed a tux for an event tonight, they had all of his sizes (he’s a really tall guy!) and they had everything he wanted and hemmed his pants and jacket, and we were out the door in 30 minutes! And the price was great! Highly recommended!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Awful service. The old man who runs the place is the rudest person I’ve ever met, talked to me as if I were 5 years old.
I had a best on hold, and he sold it to somebody else. I then tried to work something out with him, and he was very short fused with me. He then proceeded to go to the back, and scream at his wife, loud enough for everybody in the lobby to hear it.
The place is not clean, at all. He has tuxes laying out all around the store, plus he has two dogs walking around the store.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO RENT/​BUY YOUR TUXEDO.

Go Elsewhere!!!
They ask that the entire prom attendees meet to get tuxes in a public place then show up 45 minutes late. Son’s tux had two buttons fall off during prom. They have two dogs in their store which stink terribly, they have no seating for you while waiting during ordering. Owner very unconcerned when complained about the disorganization. Staff are high school students who couldn’t care less about the customers.
