All the girls are extremely spaced out and very rude. They were not trained in customer service. After purchasing items from me, a second employee looked at the items and threw them back in my bag to return to me. The two times I have tried this place, I leave very unpleased. Never selling or buying here again.

ARE YOUR CRAZY?
I came here looking for «props» so I needed something that was old and worn. I think many of the items here are actually gently worn. They had a large selection of items ranging from tons of jeans, tops, sweaters, shoes and accessories.
I went over to the «new» items and noticed that the price tag was outrageous for the item. We are talking about cheaply made garments made of synthetic fabrics, they have already lost their shape. One was $ 30 and the other was $ 35. You can definitely find better quality for a better price at other stores. So, after seeing his ridiculousness, I decided that I did not need to see any more and left the store.
As far as I am concerned, this store is not really worth the trip. If you really need to buy second-​hand items, I think that you will be better off going to the Goodwill store just down the street. It is clean, organized, and way more affordable.

Awesome place to sell and shop! They have all sorts of name brand clothing at a cheap price. I was a little iffy about coming here I usually go to plato’s but this place is cheaper and they have more variety than plato’s closet. The girls at plato’s are very snooty but the girls that work here are wonderful! I have to give 5 stars because it’s clean and the customer service is awesome. Thank you uptown cheapskate for a really cool store!

Unorganized and over-​priced. Most items were from Old Navy, Target and stores like Papaya or Charlotte Russe. There is nothing wrong w/​those brands, but those stores are pretty inexpensive when clothes are brand new and this place is charging almost as much for these same items in very used condition! I’m not buying a used Old Navy T-​shirt for 9.99 when it most likely cost that much brand new (if not cheaper).
This store is very comparable to a Goodwill and I agree w/​another reviewer that you may as well go there; you will get much better deals on the same type of items. Also agree that the sales associates could have been much friendlier and «stared» less at people and helped more.
Bummer because I LOVE consignment store shopping and was exited to see a new one in Cumming. Overall we were very unimpressed…

was excited to visit a new consignment shop in Cumming … until I got inside… feels like the place is geared towards teens who work and have the luxury of spending their money frivolously … in addition, there was barely a choice if you’re a larger size! Too expensive and not realistically priced… may I suggest the Goodwill across the street… such a disappointment!
