Daisy Huang – Coldwell Banker

We are so lucky to have Daisy working as our buying agent. She is super patient and easy to communicate. Whenever we have any concerns or questions, she is always there to give us far more information than what we have expected.
We checked several open houses almost every Saturday for several months, and Daisy always went with us. We used to tell Daisy that she did not need to come every time since we thought that we bothered her too much. However, Daisy always said that she is willing to show us around. She always thought that it is her responsibility to give the clients more knowledge transfer and check the house conditions /​neighborhood for the clients in person. She considers every open house visit as a great opportunity for both the realtor and the buyers to learn. Whenever we showed any interest on the houses, Daisy will send us all the comps and related documents ASAP. She always read through tons of documents and told us what she has found and what her concerns are. She gave us very helpful and considerate suggestions and she never pushed us to make the offer.
We finally bought a house from the builder and thanks to Daisy we got extra 10K credits from the builder. Even after we already moved in, Daisy called us as a follow-​up to see how we like the new home.
Overall, we are completely impressed and satisfied with Daisy’s patience, diligence and her honesty to treat the clients. It was a wonderful experience to have Daisy as our agent. I think now we do not only treat her as our former agent but also as our friend. we referred her to our friends, and they are very satisfied with Daisy’s work as well. I will definitely have Daisy as our agent in the future when we’ll buy another house.
