Location is convenient; staff is professional and NICE

I signed up for a year long membership at a pretty hefty price. Needed to lose 15 pounds and looked forward to the structure of the program.
Had one «consultant» who I chatted up and she said a tummy tuck would be a good way to lose the belly weight.
Fast forward 5 months and I stopped going. Never heard from them. BUT… when my year membership ended, my phone began a-​ringin! After leaving me five messages, I called and gave the person on the other end of the phone a piece of my mind. For 7 months that they were paid for, I never heard from them. Yet, when my membership was over they were really concerned and wanted to help me again.
The food is decent — a little more variety would be good. I would recommend avoiding this location!
