What I love about being an agent with Keller Williams is the amazing training that I receive, the access to a worldwide agent referral network, and most of all, the fact that every KW office and agents are my extended family. It’s great to know that if I don’t have an answer, I can reach out to someone who can help me find an answer or solution to any question I may have about my business and personal growth. I invite you to attend an event and see for yourself!

I used this office to purchase a home. Midway through our house search, my husband wanted to fire our realtor. I convinced him not to, and now I wish I had. Working with these people was the single worst home-buying experience of my life. My realtor made a mistake in the contract by not specifiying the seller credit was for both recurring and nonrecurring closing costs(thankfully we were able to correct this after someone else caught it). She went on vacation during our close of escrow and dropped our file with Tim Alston. In my opinion based on emails and personal interaction with Tim Alston he is an arragont person who has an overinflated sense of self-importance. I was his«client» and he put me on the defensive, did not act in my best interest, sent my documents to another client and refused to apologize. Finally, we almost did not get our house because my agent didn’t advise me to send the termite report to the lender. The lender didn’t request it until a week before the closing date and then required termite clearance. We had less than a week to get that done and it almost didn’t happen. My lender said that this was standard practice in the industry and my realtor should have advised me to ask if the termite report was required to be sent. There is no sense of responsibility with the people I dealt with at this office. Their knee jerk reaction is to blame someone else and refuse to apologize for anything, even rude behavior. Plus, my realtor was late to nearly every appointment, didn’t show me 1 house(i found them all on my own), constantly referred to her other clients buying million dollar homes and coming in from Dubai, and said things like«I have another appointment that I cannot and will not change.» I would like to erase her face, voice, and words from my memory — but she will always be tied to this house. Please, save yourself the frustration and go with another realtor.
