I contacted different immigration lawyers about filing I-​130 but I am dissatisfied with their answers (most of them were unfamiliar with H1B1 and forgot about the conditional 2 year stay of J1 Visa). I Unilocaled and found Rajat P. Kuver; he responded to my email with appropriate answers. Although we only communicated by emails, he seems to knowledgeable with immigration laws and policies.

Rajat helped me with a really tricky case of an LPR staying out of US for too long. I consulted with a couple other attorneys before going to him but none of them could provide me with as much helpful information as Rajat did. The case itself was pretty difficult and our best hope was for it to get into immigration court but Rajat’s work was so good that we were approved right from the secondary inspection without even having to go to the immigration court.
I’d definitely recommend Rajat to all my friends.
