Learn and Grow Daycare

I have three children and they all went to different care providers. My oldest son was with Cisco Horizon Daycare which overall was about 2 stars. Nice facility but always got sick. My 2^nd son’s provider’s resident was not ideal since it was in a tiny area in the living room of her townhouse.
My 3^rd son has been with Learn & Grow since before 1 yr/​old. He is 3 now. Mama Cathy, Mama Mary & previously grandma Alice are very nurturing and great. Environment is great. We love it. Now they make trips to the library which my son enjoys. Very friendly and I strongly recommend this facility.

Our son started when he was 13 months old and is now preschool age. After the few weeks adjustment phase, he looked forward to seeing and playing with his friends everyday. Eventually, our daughter started going here too.
Mama Cathy’s daycare provides a safe, caring and nurturing environment to infants and toddlers alike. They learn how to interact well with other kids, and learn through instruction, activities, music and play. Mama Cathy provides constant updates how the kids did during the day, which include constructive feedback if needed. We like that delicious meals and snacks are included, the hours are a great fit for working parents and the number of kids are just right (not too few, not too many).
My son speaks fondly of Grandma Alice, and now Mama Mely and Teacher Yan. The kids love the new location because of the roomy play area, fun play equipment outside and weekly trips to the nearby library and the park. We are very happy with our decision having our kids under Mama Cathy’s care.

My friend from work Jennifer referred me to Mama Cathy. My daughter was 16 months old when she started. It was difficult in the beginning but with Mama Cathy and Grandma Alice helped, my daughter was able to overcome her fear of being left at daycare. Now, she gets excited going to daycare especially when they just moved in to the new location. My daughter enjoys the library trip every week whenever the weather permits. She enjoys the new playground, too. As a parent, it is hard to find a daycare that you can fully trust with a proper care for your child. And I am satisfied and I feel that my daughter is in good hands with all the Learn and Grow staff.

Mama Cathy took care of both my kids since they were about a year long. They stayed there until they were ready to move to pre-​school. Both still remember Mama Cathy and Grandma Alice and the things they did together.
I wanted a home-​based care, hoping that the kids will not get sick as often as in a bigger place and my boys grew strong and healthy and very very happy. They learned how to put their toys away, they learned how to take off and put on their shoes and jackets, they learned a lot of songs, they draw and brought me a lot of home-​made presents. We all miss the home cooked meals! And Mama Cathy does potty training too!
Learn and Grow Daycare is a fantastic place for kids and Mama Cathy is one of the most loving care providers I’ve met.

I don’t know why it took this long to write a review for Learn and Grow Daycare. My daughter loves going at this Daycare. Mama Cathy as my daughter and other kids call her is very reliable. Especially during summer vacation, there are some days that I need someone to watch my daughter and she’s very accommodating. She took care of my daughter really well for more than 4 years. I’m so thankful I found Learn and Grow. My daughter now 8 asks me to drive her to Mama Cathy to say hello.

Mama Cathy at Learn and Grow is the best! We love Grandma Alice too! I put both my son and my daughter in Learn and Grow when they were 4 months old and I never regretted my decision. I still credit my kids’ great sleeping habits and good appetites to their early days with Mama Cathy. I stopped working after 3 years, but my kids loved Cathy so much they still went once a week. They still miss her and they are 7 and 9 years old! Mama Cathy makes nutritious meals, she has fun activities and parties and she gives lots of hugs. She also laughs frequently. It is very apparent that she loves what she does. I highly recommend Learn and Grow.
