I gave my daughter’s wedding dress in for cleaning here. Like all long wedding dresses, the train and hem were pretty dirty after the wedding. The rest of the dress was pristine. I didn’t ask for boxing, preserving or anything special — just cleaning. They told me it would cost $ 150. That’s a lot, but I trusted that the dress would be clean on return. But it wasn’t. The hem was still black at the back, and even 6 inches up, there were clear dirt marks. I took it back, and showed them the problem. She hemmed and hawed, said she had tried, even said they had made a mistake and charged me too little, said that any more work would damage the fabric — but finally took it back ostensibly to try again. In fact, they did nothing at all. It came back in exactly the same state. It was clear it had not been touched at all. So after $ 150, I still have a soiled wedding dress. Don’t give your wedding dress for cleaning here — it’s an expensive mistake. I will not use them again.

I cannot comment on their cleaning, but their alterations are terrible. Sloppy work that destroys good clothes. In our case button down shirts that needed to be hemmed. The pictures speak for themselves…

Competitive pricing, easy parking, they got a light stain out from my pants and did an excellent job on hemming 2 of my jeans.

I take my shirts here to be laundered on a regular basis. I’ve taken a suit and a sportcoat to be dry cleaned as well. The woman who works there regularly doesn’t seem to happy to be there and isn’t very pleasant, the prices are cheep and the work is good so I tolerate the service.

Stay away from this place!!! I brought three pairs of jeans for alteration. I asked for original hem. When I picked up the jeans, instead of the original hems, she cut them off and just did a normal hem!!! I asked her why she didn’t call me so that I can decide if I wanted normal hem… she just smiled and said her needle couldn’t do the original b/c the jeans were too thick!!! WTF? In addition, the color of the thread doesn’t even match the colors on the jeans!!! She said its b/c it hasn’t been washed yet so it won’t match the jeans!!! What shit!!! I also had a new pair I had not washed yet and the colors on there didn’t match either. On the one pair where she did the original hem, she just folded it up!!! OMG. NEVEREVEREVER go here!!! If I could, I would give it NEGATIVE stars.
