Wow I’ve had some bad customer service situations, but never an aggressive phone agent yelling at me! Wow I called to confirm a typo and got attacked! I’m so sad this is happening to other customers. Maybe the whole state can get solar and we can phase these angry folks a break from the frustration of the call center!

Dear PG&E, I’m a very disappointed customer who doesn’t have a choice about having electricity. I’m complaining because you are charging fee for paying bill online. It cost $ 1.25, and that’s more than what I pay for postage stamp. I’m practically going back to mailing to save that extra cents.

We had a situation yesterday due to high winds two power lines were done, lots of sparks, and loud pops. So scary other neighbors call 911. We got a crew to come over and take care of the problem, I was nice enough to aloud them tru my backyard to make things easy for them. They came in the evening about 7 worked well into the night. To my surprise this morning I woke up to my backyard in such a mess, cover with tree branches, power lines and leaves. I try to be nice and this is the thanks I get… Shame on you PG&E people.

The tech who came out to turn off and turn on the gas during fumigation was awesome and we could tell he loved his job. Really friendly, checked out our water heater, our furnace. Changed the filter, spray-painted and added something to the meter outside to update it. The same tech came out the next day to do a meter-reading and to make sure everything was OK. All in all, I felt really good about them making sure everything was in working order.

The My Energy tracking page has not worked for three months. Their phone representatives are moronic and do nothing to solve issues.
