Drinks here is decent but customer service is mediocre.
The cashier didn’t seem too interested in helping us and seemed irritated when we asked her to help fix our drinks. We even insisted to pay for the extra surcharge but it took awhile to get to that point for her to understand. We received two extra drinks than we had thought we ordered, but after all the confusion, we just took the drinks as is because after asking her to assist us again, she just seemed too irritated to take the time to listen to us.

Milk tea is good with boba, but remember to ask for the boba topping. They have so many other snacks and food choices. Busy at night for sure. I arrived at 10 pm on Saturday, still a lot of people hanging out.

I always only get the strawberry slush I just love this drink especially if it’s hot outside very sweet and very cold :) e

I ordered a green bean slush but they gave me red bean slush and insist they were correct.

They don’t have the popcorn chicken bento… only the popcorn chicken bowl… very disappointing, I thought all quickly were the same…

Been at this location various times, but had the worst experience today. First, the barista did not ask me if I wanted ice or not in my drink. Second, the quality of the popcorn chicken I ordered tasted spoiled.
The only thing I got that was palatable was the jasmine milk tea with no boba.
The two TV screens in the café also featured the same music video by paramore. It can appeal to the customers more if there was more than one option of what to watch on the two screens.
Will be back for the milk tea; not so much the popcorn chicken.

I only came to quickly because I didn’t have cash on me and the other two milk tea places Ten ren (I will be back for you!) and Fantasia didn’t accept card. The place looks messy as does any other quickly with the advertisement everywhere. I ordered the original bubble milk tea with small pearls and waited about 1 minute and it was done! The drink came with a good amount of pearls and to my surprise they were soft and chewy. I tend to not like quickly’s pearls but this one wasn’t so bad. The drink itself wasn’t anything special. So the drink came fast and was decent so that’s 3 stars for me!

Hot day and just got out of the nice air conditioned theater. Sun wasnt quite down yet so i needed a cool beverage. They were oiut of oolong, boo. Got an almond milk tea which was ok, though the powder they used wasnt completely dissolved at the end. Cash only!

Got the Chicken Teriyaki bowl (it was literally just chicken and rice… no veggies??)
The Teriyaki sauce had a deep, smoky taste that I didn’t particularly like… BUT they gave a good amount of chicken&rice (LOTS of rice).
I got the Passion Fruit Juice as well (I personally LOVED it)-tangy, sweet.
This Quickly’s is located in the middle of a somewhat half-​finished shopping/​food plaza… you have to walk a little to get there but I liked how there was room to eat at one of the outside tables or inside if it was too cold.
The service wasn’t superb but we got our food/​drinks at a fairly good time.
Nothing spectacular about this place (I really liked the Passion Fruit Juice) but also nothing terribly bad!

Decent enough pearl tea drinks. They have many options but it was just okay.
There are better places.

The staff is alright, the drinks here are terrible. Sometimes the drinks can be super sweet or the things that you decide to add to your drink like grass jelly can be straight up poop quality. I wouldn’t go here considering all the other tea drink places around.

So bad! Ordered a papaya milk which tasted like shit because the milk was expired!! never would come again!

My #1 boba place. Hear me out. My two reasons for preferring Quickly:
1. The value. Although the free chubby cup upgrade* promo just ended, it’s still better value than Fantasia and the like. Their $ 1.49 special (black milk tea, green milk tea, taro milk tea, coffee milk tea, etc) is still going… maybe this is evergreen?
*: Now $ 0.75 to upsize to large, $ 0.99 to upsize to 25oz chubby cup. Still worth.
2. My sweet tooth. It’s true that the tea flavor isn’t so strong in the drinks, but they’re flavorful and sweet. I actually prefer the taste here over more «authentic”-tasting milk teas.
My favorites here:
— coffee milk tea with pearls
— black milk tea with egg pudding
— green milk tea with lychee jelly
— taro milk tea with taro pudding
(Each of these, chubby cup size, is less than $ 3 after tax!)
The popcorn chicken is delicious, though it does take a while because the food is made to order. Not sure why some people expect it to appear instantly, unless they want food that’s been sitting in a steam tray all day. (May I suggest Panda Express or Ranch 99 for that?)
Usually K-​pop videos on the TVs.
I also like that the cups are heat-​sealed, unlike Fantasia’s lids, which are not water-​tight. (Fantasia is one of the few places that gets this wrong.) The drink shouldn’t spill until I’m good and ready for it to spill.

Would score even higher if the free chubby cup upgrade (chupgrade?) were permanent.

The service is super slow, and the cashier didn’t smile, say hi, or otherwise be anything other than a machine.
The popcorn chicken I ordered took more than 15 minutes and there was nobody else in line and nobody else ordering from the kitchen.
So much for a «quick“ly snack before catching a movie…

The lady working the cashier was impatient when taking our order. She then abandoned the sole register to make around a dozen bubble teas while the rest of the line increased until it was outside of the store. After 15 minutes I picked up our drinks and left. One sour sip was all it took to indicate that the milk had gone bad. Didn’t want to bother getting our money back, nor will I ever go back.

This place used to have my favorite dessert which was the hot grass jelly 3 grain bowl drink which had barley, peanut, and taro. Unfortunately, I think only my parents, sister, and I were the only ones who appreciated this traditional bowl for only $ 5 – 6. However, now we just went there to get the black sesame bowl drink. It was piping hot and for $ 5, it is a steal. We ate a couple of scoops and then saved the rest on the way back home. Still, I have to rate this high for a mix of hot finger/​comfort foods as well as desserts.

This review is based on this visit only… If I could put ZERO stars. I would.
I was in the area on a Bambu run. But found out they are close «under construction». I was with my kid and she wanted a quick snack, so i figured it would be nice to grab her some of the popcorn chicken here as a Friday treat for her…
Boy do I regret walking in there. The female worker there has the flu or some kind of bad cold. She was rude and cranky. Basically, if the looks she gave us were daggers. My kid and I would be sliced up to pieces.
But since I had ordered I waited. As I waited. All I could hear and see was the woman coughing and sneezing… And at NO point did she wash or sanitize her hand… When the food came out though. A guy from the back brought it out, but she bagged it… At first I was thinking about letting my kid eat it, since I figured it was the guy who probably made it. But I ended up just throwing away the whole thing. I did not want to risk my child’s health. It’s NOT WORTH IT…

The service is ridiculously slow, and they usually have only one — max two — people working behind the counter, so not only does it take a while to get to the front of the line itself, but there is a quality 15 – 20 minute wait after ordering one cup of pearl milk tea.
That being said, the pearl milk tea is sooo worth the cheap prices and (even almost) the wait. The litchi (lychee?) slush with pearls is pretty good at $ 2.80!

Like most places, you better have cash. I’m glad they offer Vietnamese bahn mi sandwiches and chubby sizes of taro milk tea with boba, but I’m not happy with the rest of their items (e.g., Qpop chicken). They usually run out of unagi over rice. so, not sure why I come here.
However, be prepared to wait with limited staff to serve you. Parking is tougher in the lots when it’s crowded.

One of the girls that work behind the counter looks like she is always having a bad day. I wish the service was better they are fairly slow and usually have only one person working it seems. Most times they get waves of customers but they are pretty busy at times. I do however like the chubby cup of green milk tea for $ 1.49. Thats the most awesome price. Not all quicklys have the same specials. The one on Lawrence Expwy does not have it.
