Supercuts

Went there as I needed a haircut and was exploring places where I can get a reasonable haircut. The initial welcome was good, I entered my details in the computer and was asked to wait for 15 min.
When my turn came. …I explained as how I need my haircut to be done but very soon I found that the actual haircut was totally different as I explained. She made my head looks as a rounded watermilon.
Worst haircut I ever had. Now I need to wait till my hair grows big and go for a good haircut place.
Note: if someone going there… please make sure u instruct them every minute so that u get a haircut as u wanted.

Just left the salon to accompany my sister to get her bangs cut. The lady butchered her hair :(and didn’t offer even dry her hair! Sorry, no tip for her! I do not recommend this place unless you wanna leave the store swearing and cussing. :)

Good value for the buck. Cheap price, mediocre haircut. I am superfine. I don’t want to spend a lot for my haircut.

I’m not one to complain too often but the service here was non existent. The stylist did not listen to anything I wanted. She made it too short, and did not get the stray hairs. I wanted her to just clean it up and she ended up cutting it too much. The fade from the nape of the neck up was too low despite what I had asked. She didn’t clean off any of the equipment prior to cutting my hair, nor did she wipe or brush off the hair on my face after. I had to stop her in the middle of the cut because it was just not what I had asked for at all. DO NOT COME HERE.

Daughters hair all broke off from a keratin treatment and then I saw her brush it out and pulled it and brushed it so hard. It was awful. I had to stand up. A few times in the beginning I was just going to walk straight out because of the vibe and the haughtiness the young Asian beautician displayed but I thought maybe it will be ok. Always go with your instinct. 30% of her hair is now gone and broken off all on top so it looks like it sticks up. So sad. She had luxurious hair and now it’s thin. :(
The 1^st time an older woman did it and did a great job. This time, won’t be back.

After three years of fairly consistent patronage, I can say that today’s incident has put me in the «never again» category. I have four boys, and get them haircuts about every three months. Today, we came, signed in, and were being taken as signed in. A gentleman came in with no appointment, no call, no early check in, and was told there was a short wait. He said he would give his name and come later. For reasons I’ve speculated but will leave to your imagination, the woman decided to take him next. This was, of course, when my last son was next in queue. As a mom, there is something to be said when getting in and getting out of someplace. I inquired as to why he was taken next (I even asked – did he pay more?), as I knew he wasn’t next and hadn’t pre-​checked in, and the woman who took him yelled across the salon, «SERIOUSLY?» The other woman then lied and said oh, he called here before he got here – as I had overheard the whole exchange between him and the stylist, I knew she was lying.
To you, Lillian-​yes, seriously. You work for Supercuts. This was rude, inappropriate, and I’m sure you don’t care, but cost you my business.
On top of it, the woman who ended up cutting that last son’s hair did a HORRIBLE job. Her excuse was he has very curly hair and it’s hard to get it even.
Really? Maybe you are in the wrong line of work.
Guess it’s off to the Oakland barber shops for my boys.

This salon is a rip off ladies!!! They charge way too much just to blow dry hair which It can be done easily and quickly. Once your at the counter paying your bill they would charge you more than the haircut price. Its like their charging the customer (specially ladies) twice!!! I hate hate that lady in the cashwrap. I will not go in this place anymore and tell my friends and family as well.

don’t even want to give a star. I haven’t tried other hairstylists but this Asian woman in her 40−50s ruined my hair for two months. I wanted a short haircut with the picture as a reference, now I look like a hedgehog with spots in the back of my head looking like bald spots which I don’t have. I don’t know how she used her razors or what she had done, but even a stylIst trainee could do better than her. Outrageous.

I had my eye brows done and I had wax still on my Brows when I left. The lady didn’t know what she was doing. I will never go back.

After waiting 30 min. They took in a customer who came in after me and blew me off. Poor customer service. They had an attitude like what do you want? I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Right when I stepped in I had a bad feeling because the stylist (workers) weren’t friendly. I had my haircut done by Susan (older middle Eastern woman). She was very aggressive and pushy the whole time which made my experience a total fail. (I would NEVER go back) she kept on insisting me to get all these extra work besides a haircut. And when I decline she would throw negative inappropriate insults about my dry hair. I told her that I plan to dye my own hair (I do it all the time) and she insulted me and said «You can’t do it better then me». Despite the insults, she rush cutting my hair because one of her regular costumer came in. She didn’t check my hair after she was done or asked me to check rather I liked it or not, she just said «Done»! She didn’t even cut the way I asked her, she was suppose to add layers in the back. I did not bother to tell her I just wanted this to be over with. Luckily, I came in for a simple trim to eliminate some dead ends. Unfortunately, I also got a poor dead vibe experience! This particular Supercuts just isn’t that great. While I think the stylists are very friendly, they just don’t do a great job at giving me what I want – and I’m always clear with the stylist. The last cut I had was from K******a-she’s very friendly but she did a poor job on my hair. The previous guy also did the wrong thing. I think Supercuts is great if you want something easy but for a really great cut, avoid it. This Supercuts in particular is clean, but just isn’t worth it!

Great hair stylist. Great store love it. Every ones smile on face and professionals. Ask for store manager Kardelia. Shes one of the best hair stylist and hair designer. Thanks kardelia to make my day happy

I live in Cupertino and usually don’t do a lot of Unilocal ratings… call me lazy. I have tried many hair salons and I have particularly enjoyed coming to this location… they are a very courteous bunch of hair professionals. Mary at this location, provides me some of the best haircuts and she is a very pleasant fun person to talk to and willing to have a good laugh… she is one of the best. Cordelia is another of my favorites… ask her about her little daughter an you will make her day. I recommend this place for sure! I think I have been there more than 35 – 40 times!

Each time I leave this place, I always think why the hell they asked me how’d I like to get hair cut?

I’ve been going to this location for many years and I’ve always had great service. Farzaneh is the BEST !!! She’s very professional, take good care of me and I always leave feeling good. I’ve tried many different places and hairstylists, but I’m so happy that I found Farzaneh 3 years ago. I don’t know what I’ll do if she goes away, it’s going to be very tough for me to find someone as good as Farzaneh.

I was there last Friday and there was a lady with the short hair gave me the haircut.
First of all, she made to sit on the chair that was all covered with hair from the previous customer. Disgusting !
Second, she was unable to keep my layers. My hair was cut all skew & disgusting & I have no idea how but she ruined my layering, including bangs.
Third, I have very long hair and it only took her 12 minutes to cut it. Wooww!!!
Forth, she tried to sell me their keratin complex smoothing therapy.
It was my first time there and I will never let my friends or family members to go there.
I am surprised how they still exist !
I hope somebody from Supercut Management read these reviews and do something about this. Unfortunately, I am not the only one was disappointed with their service.
Please stay away from the lady with the short hair and around mid 30s.
Do not spend your time and money here.

So far so Great place to get a hair cut! Cardelia was fantastic. She asked exactly how I wanted my hair to be styled and was even sweet enough to ask how I wanted my corners of my hair. Square or rounded. WOW. Prices are fair and with walk ins available why would men go elsewhere for a style or hair cut?
Cardelia also did a very good job on my hair color she put me in right color and healty organig product.
After my hair cut I sent my friends there they have same feeling as I have. I should give Cardelia 100 STAR if I could.

I have been going to Supercuts for more than 2 years and in all occasions I have had Mary cutting my hair. Every single time she has done an EXCELLENT and CONSISTENT job, besides being a great professional and person. This review is a tribute to her almost 30 hair cuts. THANKS Mary, see you next time!
