I just moved to the south bay and was looking for a new dentist, my client referred me to Dr. Tsai’s clinic. It is my 2nd visit today and I was treated by the young doctor(I didn’t get his last name) but he is so AWESOME that I feel like I must leave a review. I chipped one of my front teeth 15+ years ago and I had to get the composite resin replaced every few years. It was always hard throughout the years to match the shade with the other front tooth and for many years I had to bear with the result that my left front tooth just looked yellower than the other one. The doctor today started by asking me what kind of results I prefer and he then placed 3 dots of different shades on my tooth and asked me for my preferences. He was very patient and spent more than an hour on me and the result is PERFECT. The color match is 100%! I can finally show my big bright smile again: D Thank you Doctor, so happy!

Dr. Tsai is our family dentist since I was child. Now he is still my kid’s dentist. Not only me but my boy love his glove balloon with his drawing eyes and mouth on the balloon. His office assistants are nice and patient to remind patients to do the routine check up. I highly recommend the Ding Chin Tsai dental office.

Dr. Tsai has been my family dentist since I was young. Even though he’s more-or-less retired, his younger staff still does pretty good work. His wife runs a tight ship and got to know my family on a personal level. They do have a busy schedule but if something opens up or moves around, she gives me at least a few days heads up. Since they’re Asian, they’ll give you blunt and honest opinions of your teeth like a Chinese aunt. Which I appreciate and occasionally ignore to my detriment. But they’re persistent. Even though I live 45 minutes away now, I still come back since I haven’t found any good dentists closer to where I live.

Dr. Tsai and his entire team is highly professional and experienced. All the dentists there are friendly, patience, and thorough with with their work. They especially focus on adults and children dentistry. Dr. Tsai takes good care of all his patients and he often participates in various volunteer works to provide complimentary medical services to the needy/unfortunate ones. It’s hard to find a dentist who is so extremely passionate about his work and who cares so much about their patients now a days. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a top notch dentist in the Bay Area who really takes care of all his patients from his heart.

This place stays pretty much the same for the past 15 years. The tools and equipment are old and outdated. I also hate the fact that, they would jack up the pricing after the job is done and demands you to pay more because the doctor’s wife quoted me wrong. I was like WTF. I can tell they are losing alot of customers.

This place is the reason why I no longer like dentists. I had been going here since I was very young because my mom was too lazy to find a new dentist. The titular doctor’s wife is the receptionist and is overly nosy about your dental health. She also gives unsolicited advice and opinions after reviewing your file. They also overbook, trying to cram as much patients in a day as possible. This shows that they don’t care about providing good quality service, but rather making a quick buck. A while back, I got my regular teeth cleaning by one of the newer dentists there. This dentist had claimed that I had not been flossing. Not only had I always been told that I’ve done a great job flossing, but I had recently gotten my braces off and had been obsessed with flossing. After telling him that I had been flossing regularly, he proceeded to DIG floss into the gums of my back molars causing me to bleed and then proceeded to show me the bloody floss with the comment, «See! You haven’t been flossing.» I found this to be completely rude. Dentists seem to forget that they are service people. Being rude = no repeat patients. This was the last time I had ever visited this office. The characters there are too overbearing and unprofessional.
