Starbucks

Customer service at 2:30 pm on 1÷29÷2016 horrible… I wish I had gotten her name. Starbucks charges way too much for their coffee to not deliver stellar service with every since cup. Ugh!

Worst Starbucks EVER! I travel for my job and have gotten a caramel macchiato — frapped with whip cream at SB in airports, shopping malls, stand alones and on military posts. Ive had some poorly made drinks but NEVER THIS BAD before. AND i had to pay EXTRA for whip cream??? Since when??? $ 6.50 for a tall drink… And I’m not in a foreign country! IF it had any ice it sure as heck wasn’t frapp-​ed, and my measly amount of whip cream was smooshed into the drink with a regular flat lid. I would have been better off stopping at Dunkin Donuts to get an iced coffee! The customer service was sub par as well. Starbucks HQ plan in a sad-​face gram written on disapproving kitty letterhead! Sheesh!

Just about everyone works here are so RUDE, you can tell they are not trained properly. Most unpleasant Starbucks I been to, hope management does something about it, but they are not going to because its inside Military base. Why are they hiring pissed off people to serve their customers who pay $ 5 for coffee? Staffs are very slow and not very intelligent… they act like so pissed that you are there to order bothering their time, so sad…
Militray deserves better service than regular joint but this place is worse I ever seen.

I don’t think that this Starbucks location has the best training because it’s on a military installation. The baristas are not pleasant and every time I order a more complex drink, they never turn out right. When I say complex, I say anything that has anything more than just coffee, like a latté or a macchiatto. This is definitely something that Starbucks corporate might want to take note of since Fort Benning is such a large installation and people see Starbucks and still want the Starbucks money are paying Starbucks prices. As a Gold member and a servicemember, it’s angering.

They have the best grilled sandwiches in the hospital. And not to mention the sweet tea and lemonade mix. (Arnold Palmer)
