What the Hell this Staples location is not a real business the costumer service is horrendous one of the workers working here named Gina was technically not helping me she was just a mean brat. She told me well I don’t know what else to tell u if u don’t like then get the hell out of here and I’m like u don’t talk back to me like that u snob I left and almost called the cops don’t go to this location stay away from it at all costs

Purchase a lot of items from here in the past. However when I came to return an item that costs $ 12.49 out of my most recent $ 71.98 purchase the manager Gary said that I had to have the box. Ridiculous. He said call the customer service hotline but they are closed. Great management skills, «really easy».

It could be more organized and straight forward. I have to search for things I need instead of going right to it. This is not the type of store I want to browse. It always has what I want but whether I can find it or not is the problem. Many times I have to ask where it is.

This place is horrible, they seem to always be under-​staffed and I believe the lady that is the assistant manager there yesterday was helping someone and when she finished with them I said «excuse me, I have a question» she looked right at me and kept walking… I got pissed and I left because that was the only attention that I had after waiting 15minutes for help… either way I’m done with this place due to their service and small inventory, so I’ll be going to CompUsa from now on.

There store doesn’t flow.
You can’t just follow a row to the back of the store. there are too many displays in the way. Cul-​de-​sacs of stuff.
This isn’t Publix or Best Buy, forced browsing isn’t going to get me to buy more, it’s just annoying.
I want bigger, clearer, hanging signs that tell me where everything is located. I want to find what I need quickly, and then leave.
They do have everything I need though.
And they are a convinent location.
