I walked in to follow up on a billing issue. A few days prior, the team at the Legacy Village store had worked with we for almost an hour for resolution– they notated my account and told me I would have to follow up in a couple days, as my official bill had not been generated and I’d have to get the credits applied at that time. Fast forward to this past Thursday, I walk into the How Road location and am greeted by a bearded gentleman– I wish I remembered his name. I told him I had a billing issue to follow up on, and he led me to a table. He allowed me to get about 19 seconds into the scenario and hastily gets up from his chair and asks me to follow him. He walked me across the store to a desk phone– he picked up the receiver, dialed customer care, and extended the phone to me. Me–«I’m sorry, what are you doing?» Employee–«I don’t handle billing issues.» I’ll never go into that store ever again.
