Complete lack of expertise and customer focus. I bought my son’s iPad in on Monday November 25 and was told their tech only came in on Tuesday and Thursday but it would only take about an hour to replace the screen and they would call me Tuesday when it was done. About 4 on Tuesday I called to check since I hadn’t heard from the tech. Spoke to tech and he said he had to leave for service call and couldn’t finish it and would come in Wednesday to finish it. I told him that was unacceptable and he said he would come back that evening if I could come in later and get it. I told him I was driving 8 hrs on Wednesday and I would come in whenever he replaced the glass, but I didn’t get the feeling he cared and wasn’t coming back in and he was lying to me. I called about 8pm to check and got voicemail so I left a message. Called back 9:30 am(they supposedly open at 9am). Had to leave another message. Finally about 10am on Wednesday I get a call back. The lady(claimed to co-owner) said that the tech would come in today to finish repairs. I asked her when? she stated that she wasn’t sure as she hadn’t spoken with the tech but he texted that he would come in. Fast forward a few hours and I’m waiting to leave for thanksgiving and still no call so I call back and they say that he hasn’t shown up and she can’t reach him. Finally I can’t wait any longer to leave so I call and tell them I need to pick up the iPad. I spoke to 3 different people and none of them had the skill set required to replace the screen so after 3 days I picked up my son’s iPad still not fixed(in fact it had not even been touched). If this is their level of professionalism I’m not sure how they stay in business. If you require any type of repair or want it completed in less than a week I would consider a different business.
