All they have to do is press buttons on a microwave to make mozzarella cheese sticks and can’t do it right it was half frozen and with that attitude they should not be getting paid 15 $ an hour.

Service, attitude sucks … What’s the point of asking, if they gonna do what they wanna, cause all we do is just pay for it, and they want $ 15 an hour to mess up my order… Hell no

I really love the service here everyone is friendly, I don’t know why people complaining all McDonald’s are the same this ain’t Burger King you can’t have it your way lmaoo keep it up guys love it here

Worst fucking MacDonald in NYC. 15 minute on the drive through had to back up and come inside.
Another 20 minute inside. Every person has attitude.
No fucking wonder MacDonald gets a bad rep.
It’s a fucking job just do it as best as you can. You should be grateful you have a Job.
Only because my 4 year old wanted kids meal. I fucking waited 40 minute.

Slow, Slow, and Slow. The efficiency at this location needs to be addressed. I visit this location on my way to work on Sunday mornings (last visited this morning) and I can say out of all my weeks of Sundays I may have had ONE normal in & out experience. I have gone thru the drive-​thru at times… Horrible! This location always have you waiting for something. I’ve heard everything from «I’m just waiting for your hash brown,» «he is changing the orange juice now «etc.
Oh… Let’s not forget the issue of supplies. I have been given my oatmeal in coffee cups, I’ve been told they have no buns, and one morning I was informed that if I didn’t have exact change that I would not be able to make a purchase. Store #35 598 … You can do better.
I gave 3 stars because when you finally get your food its hot, fresh, and edible.

I ate at this McDonald’s many times, never encountered an issue with my food and the restaurant is kept very clean, from what I’ve seen. Their associates are moderately friendly. They have only been open for a very short time but they have been really great when I come to eat. Don’t have any bad comments at this time.

I can’t comment on the food because when I went to grab a Shamrock Shake for a little late night treat, they were closed. An hour before the posted sign on the door said they were supposed to be closed. Not impressed.

I came in here today around 1:00 PM for lunch. I noticed last week that they had opened in the same place where the KFC stood for decades.
I know they added more items to their dollar menu & more selection. so I thought i would try some. I ordered a BBQ Ranch burger and a Buffalo ranch McChicken. The order was completed in less than 5 minutes and the service was professional.
The BBQ ranch burger is topped with slice of white cheddar, barbecue sauce that is decent and crispy corn chips. The Buffalo ranch McChicken is a crispy McChicken patty topped with Buffalo sauce, creamy buttermilk ranch dressing and shredded iceberg lettuce, served on a toasty bun.
