I have been using the Post Office at this Ace for a long time as I have a college student and a military son so we send packages very often. I was coming into the Post Office on 2÷23÷15 when the woman that wrote the bad review was there. I thought the manager and Post Office employees were very professional given the confrontational circumstances. The customer stated she had called and talked to a man on the phone but there has never been a man working at this Post Office.
We have never had anything but wonderful experiences at this ACE and the Post Office inside it. The employees and managers have always been very knowledgeable and helpful.
This ACE will get our business for years to come.

I highly recommend this place. If I have to order something they are happy to do so and they don’t give me that «Uhg» look. Customer service is great just like the other Ace Hardware places I have been to. Their Post office people are great. The ladies there are really nice and make the experience not as agonizing if you have something complicated. I have been going there for years!

DO NOT ever send a parcel from their mail substation. I mailed a package on 2⁄9 first class priority and 3 weeks later it hasn’t gotten to its destination (I paid for a guaranteed 3 day delivery and the tracking number isn’t coming up). I called to inquire and they were extremely rude on the phone stating «it’ll get there when it gets there». When I spoke to the store manager he was rude, condescending and smug and offered no help whatsoever. I asked if they would check the shelves as I thought the package never left and they said it wasn’t their concern.
You’ve been warned!

This ACE is terrific. Dropped by with a list of items, and 4 large window screens. Given the circumstances I needed the screens ASAP. Very thankful the the associate (Daniel) helped me get all four screens completed while I did my shopping. During this time, other employees were around to give me the personal service that you wouldn’t get from a larger «BOX» store.
I recommend everyone in the area to frequent this places.
Well Done ACE. You have EARNED my business.

I love this place!!! Friendly staff, and the United States Postal Center is a huge plus! I try to go here as often as I can to keep ACE around. I don’t want to lose them.
Try their bargain bin in the very back of the store by the postal center. I got an awesome small kitchen appliance back there for over 75% off.

It’s small but when I need a suggestion or advice on a home repair, I look no further than my friendly neighborhood ACE. I come here for my A/​C filters, customized paints and plumbing needs. They also have a post office in the back should you want to avoid the zaniness of a a local U.S. post office.
