Armi Alian, DMD

Dr. Alian and her staff have been taking care of my teeth since they grew in 18+ years ago. I always get so many compliments on my teeth and I’d like to think that it’s because of them and their care. I usually come in for teeth cleaning once or twice a year and I appreciate how they take into account of teeth sensitivity and go easy on those areas during cleaning. Dr. Alian and her staff are awesome!!! My kids get excited going to the dentist. They look forward to seeing the fishes and playing Wii while waiting. Imagine that!

The place is nice, clean and easy to find. The staff is very help full and happy. The exam rooms are clean and neat, everything is done in the same room… plus they have flat screen tv’s in all the rooms. And again all the rooms are very, very clean. The doctor is nice and kind and most important to me since I have phobia to dentist’s she was patient with me. I just loved it and so did my family. And so will you.

She’s the only dentist I trust and will go to. Been going here for yrs.

When I first enter the waiting room it became evident to me that Dr. Alian takes interest in her patient’s comfort.
The waiting area feels warm and relaxing.
No cold tile and stiff chairs like other dentist offices I’ve visited.
I found the staff attentive and friendly.
I was pleased to see that examination rooms are following along the same themes as the waiting room.
Soft colors and relaxing images helped calm my nerves.
The dental assistants tended to my x-​rays and preparation with efficiency and professionalism.
Dr. Alian’s bedside manner is the best I’ve had from a dentist.
As we discussed work that was recommended from a previous dentist I felt like she was being honest and up front with me.
I got the feeling she was truly interested in me and my well being.
She was against performing work that was recommended by my last dentist, but she found unnecessary. (Replacing a crown.)
Ultimately she re-​shaped the crown and addressed the issue, which was pain caused by the crown pressing up on my gums.
Thank you Dr. Alian! No more Pain!

If I could rate lower I would have.
My son’s orthodontist requested we have our dentist remove 2 teeth. Well we find out that Armi pulled the wrong tooth out and now my son needs to have two additional teeth pulled because of her screw up. Our orthodontist who has a excellent reputation suggested we change dentist because they would have such a hard time contacting her or even having any communication with her.
Before this incident occurred my family and I would go here for general cleaning. I never felt comfortable here, I over heard her one time saying to another patient «you need to come more often so I can pay for my vacation homes» joking or not that is very tacky. There clearly lacks caring for patients here and more attention to the financial aspects of the business.
After our incident with her, my wife spoke with a co-​worker of her who was suing her because of a mistake that she did on her teeth.
I would avoid this practice at all cost
