Atlas Overhead Door

I called and scheduled an appointment for a tune up. On the day of service, Tom and Cheryl showed up on time. I was greeted by two friendly professional people. I had a couple concerns with my garage door that they advised me on. They suggested that I have the rollers and springs replaced as everything was original to the 15yr old garage. There was currently a single spring and changed it to a double spring. Prior to having this done the door was extremely loud and had difficulties disengaging the opener from the door. After the work was completed Tom took his time explaining how the door should function. What maintenance should be done, and how frequently. The door is amazingly much more quiet, rolls up and down very smoothly. I would not hesitate to use their service again. It’s one of the few times I used a overhead door company that I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. There was no pressure whatsoever to have me do additional work. I feel this was money well spent.
