This place reminds me of Raising Cane’s. They have real chicken fingers made from chicken breast. Large portions with a good taste that gives it that home cooked feel.

The food is greasy and bland. I paid $ 11 for 3 chicken strips, a slice of toast and a handful of fries. If you are thinking about eating at this place, DON’T!!!

This is a Raising Cane’s-wannabe, and it doesn’t even come close to Raising Cane’s. The chicken was mediocre. The toast and fries were quite bad. If you want water, bottled water is the only option since they describe the tap water as if it’s some sort of poison. If you want Kool-Aid or a soda, prepare to pay an additional $ 2.09. Overall, this place is overpriced, way more expensive than Cane’s, and not even good.

The service here is the worse and the food is over priced. I ordered two chicken strips and fries and the total came out to around $ 6.50 after tax. For the price, the plate was small. There weren’t that many fries on my plate, maybe a small handful at most. It didn’t even come with a drink. I wanted a drink but I didn’t want to spend anymore money so I asked for a cup of water. What happened after upset me. The cashier said they only sell bottled water because there is no filter on the fountain. My sister replied back saying«thats fine I just want water even without filter» but he refused to give us water! He said«no, you drink and get sick, people sue, no water». Hmm… isn’t the Kool Aid that they sell there made from the same«un-filtered water»? And aren’t the other public fountain waters not filtered either? I rather the cashier tell the truth than to lie. I’m used to places with no free water, but don’t give us any BS. It’s a slap in the face. It was already bad enough he had to rush our order. If I ever have a craving for chicken I would just go to Rasing Canes or Chic-Fil-A. At least over there they treat you with respect.

Chicken Now is located at Katy Mills Outlet Mall in their food court. They are always giving out samples which convinced us to try them out. They are very similar to Raising Cane’s in that they serve fresh white chicken tenders that are lightly breaded that are accompanied by a sauce that is a mixture of A1 steak sauce and ranch dresing. This is all accompanied by some texas toast and french fries. For $ 6.79 it’s a pretty good deal. Unfortunately you have to buy a drink separately which is pricey @$ 1.59. Still they were pretty good.
