Chris was recommended by my Realtor. We have a Open house this weekend and wanted to get the drive way, patio and walkup pressure washed. I emailed him in the morning and he was able to come out this afternoon. He quoted me a fair price, but delivered so much more. I was very pleased with the results and he even did the sidewalk and the brick porch. After dealing with so many contractors over the past couple of months, he was a breath of fresh air. He was professional and friendly. I will recommend him to my neighbors.

I was basically shamed into using Chris because my neighbor had her sidewalks cleaned by him and I was embarrassed for people to see mine after my neighbor’s sidewalk was so clean. I wish I knew how to upload a picture of before and after. Chris was great. Prompt and professional. His surface washer was ten times better than the last time we had our sidewalks cleaned because we didn’t get wand marks. Everything is just perfectly white!

Do not hesitate to hire Chris and this great company. Needed our drive and walks cleaned and based on other reviews gave Chris a call. He came right over that afternoon to quote a price. What a wonderful guy, personal, professional and did a great job. The price was more than reasonable and he came over on Monday at 8:00 to do the job. Love the truck and professional equipment, it was clean, quiet and efficient. He was meticulous in his work and clean up and the drive and walks look like new.

Chris came out to give me a bid on pressure washing my VERY long driveway, sidewalk, and back patio. His price was very reasonable, and he offered to come out the next day. He showed up at 7am and did an amazing job! Everything is spotless! He took great care around my wooden cabinets in my outdoor kitchen, and when he was finished, he gave me a run down of the state of my expansion joints, driveway, and sidewalks. I would highly recommend Clean Pressure Wash and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I live in Wortham Estates in Cypress and Chris just finished power washing my home, driveway, and sidewalks. He is very professional, polite, and arrived a few minutes early for our appointment, which is very rare. His equipment is state of the art and he is very meticulous about his power washing. Chris was easy to talk to and came over for checking the house and gave useful tips for taking care of the fences. On the day of the appointment he came 5 mins before time and took care of all the items professionally. Our driveway looks as brand new and neighbors envy
