They couldn’t pay the lease and they are now closed. I sold two weapons on consignment and if I don’t get a response back from John I’m getting an attorney, this is ridiculous, where’s my money from these sales!

Not a fan. I dropped off 2 hand guns to get cleaned. got a call within the hour that they were ready! WOW, I thought! What great service! That is until i got them home only to notice the oil saturating my case. Then upon closer inspection, they didn’t break them down to clean them, they just surfaced oiled and wiped off excess exterior oil. That was a $ 50 lesson learned. ended up cleaning them myself.

My 2nd purchase. Maverick 12 gauge pump. Gun was a little slow getting to store. They made up the delay with 2 free boxes double 00 shells. Best price in Houston area and the internet. Highly recommend. Will use again.

Called Cypress Armory a couple of times to inquire about availability, and they were very cordial and professional. Unlike some other stores, they didn’t sound annoyed. Prices are excellent for handguns as they do NOT price gouge. I ordered a Storm Lake conversion barrel (which they didn’t have it in stock at the shop), and they got it for me the next day. The conversion barrel was priced $ 20 under MSRP. Highly recommended!
ps: I’d disregard Lauri A’s review, who appears to believe that others must cater to her. People sometimes forget to call back. People aren’t perfect. There was nothing preventing Lauri A from calling back to inquire a second time — other than her ego.

Called two weeks ago about a specific firearm that I am wanting to purchase. Spoke with gentleman and he stated he would call me back on Monday. It’s been 2 weeks and no call. This place obviously does not want any business. Lost themselves a big sale. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CYPRESS ARMORY. Would give zero stars if allowed.
