Ok so my family used to be in the Dry Cleaning business. After 32 years we sold. It was hard to find a Cleaners that did great work with honest prices. Every time I come in she know my name and number which makes me feel respected for my business. I have had Alterations, Dry Cleaning and Laundry I have never been disappointed! They deserve a «FIVE STAR» coming from a former Dry Cleaner.

This is the only place my fiancé and I trust our clothes with. They always do a good job with our alterations and dry cleaning. Plus, Emily is super friendly and so sweet to talk to! Can’t go wrong with this place!

This place is so helpful. I took my son’s uniform not knowing he needed it the next day. Called at 7am explain my situation. I was advised to come at 2pm for pick up. They went above and beyond for helping me. Thank you so much.

I’ve been coming here for little over a year now and am happy with my experience. My suits come out clean and pressed perfectly (I hate it when some cleaners carelessly press a double pant line– grounds for instant disqualification as my go to cleaner and so far hasn’t happened here!). Oh and they were able to take out a stain in one of my jackets that a pervious cleaner told me was «permanent» — I didn’t even bother to ask about it when I brought it in because I believed the first cleaner (how would I know otherwise!) but the stain was just gone when I picked up my jacket. Amazing!
They also don’t mind if I need my clothes back sooner, and don’t charge for the rush order. I try not to abuse this but it’s nice to know they will do it if I need it to be rushed.
I’ve also taken in minor hem jobs, mainly for shortening or lengthening pants. Nothing fancy, but no complaints here. It was perfect and on time.
The customer service is also pretty amazing. The lady is very sweet and remembered me after my second visit. I was so impressed that she knew my number as soon as I walked in! Chat her up a little, ask about her day and she’ll be more than willing to give you a little discount here or there. She’s so pleasant!

DO NOT GET YOUR ALTERATIONS DONE HERE!!! BEWARE!!!
I took my expensive jeans in to get tailored and as you can see in the picture I uploaded the left pocket is higher than the right. The owner said they would fix the issue but were unable to after FOUR TIMES!!!
The Seamstress only spoke Korean and she had a very bad attitude. As I tried on the pants to show her the mistake, she reached down my back to pull up jeans and scratched me in the process!!!
I am extremely disappointed and was able to finally get a refund. As I was leaving the lady told me it wasn’t there fault!!! What!!! Are you kidding?!
I believe apologizing and being honest to customers in the community is ALWAYS the way to go…
I am extremely disappointed and angry!

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now. I pretty much accepted the fact that all dry cleaners do the same quality of work. I’ve never had a bad experience for me to think otherwise. So when I found a cleaner that provided great customer service, I became a loyal customer.
The man and woman that work here are always super friendly. My clothes are always ready when they say it is. I’ve had cleaning and hemming done here. Both services were really good. They accept credit cards, which is also very convenient.

Used them somewhat regularly now for a little over two months — I don’t like ironing dress shirts so I have them laundered and pressed here. While I wish it was a little cheaper, the staff have always been friendly and the items are ready on time. Had them repair a rip in a shirt — they did a fantastic job and charged what I would consider to be a very reasonable price. My wife has also had several pairs of pants hemmed here — no issues, very happy with the results.
Decided to bump these guys to 5 stars — months later and they haven’t dropped the ball once. As good as it gets for not free.

I am so heartbroken. This dry cleaners lost my one of a kind blouse! I went in to pick up my blouse. The woman behind the counter took 5 minutes to run around the back of the shop only to come back to tell me that she cannot find it. She told me to come back the next day.
I came back the next day, and the same woman told me that they «lost it.» She cannot tell me how, but it is gone.
This blouse cost me over $ 50.00! It was something that I cannot get another one of. I am so shocked.
I have been told by the cleaners to come back in one week (???) and if they cannot track it down, they will reimburse me. Now I have to go back into my receipts and print out the cost of this blouse.
In addition to this incident, I took my daughter’s skirt in the week before and when I go it back, it had a snag/​hole in it. It looks like something caught it (the tear is not in a seam).
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I always like going to this place. It’s clean & staff are very friendly. I live in Orange but I prefer to go here because of the great job that they do. Emily is so nice & easy to talk to. She does a very good job! Always a pleasure to catch up with her =)

I have been using this cleaners for about three years. They are super friendly and are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I would recommend this cleaners to anyone that is search a friendly place to do business.

Everytime I come in they are always so nice and friendly. Emily the owner knows me by my name already which is pretty cool. Clothes are always super clean and done whenever I need them by, which helps when you might need something fast. Going to bring all my clothes here. Told all my friends about this place and they all love it there too. Thank you for the great experience and service.
