Picked out an arrangement online. Called and gave the FTD item number. This florist left out several elements of the arrangement — mini-​pink carnations and the tea leaf wrap for the inside of the vase. The roses looked wilted and last less than 3 days. Without all the flowers being present, wife noticed the «hole» in the arrangement. A bit pricy at $ 81 for an incomplete and tired arrangement. I won’t be back.
