Staff has become give me your money and leave. Don’t expect any special customer assistance. Certainly not a Texas Mom and Pop shop. All products are marked up beyond MSRP. It amazes me how they have stayed in business this long. Shop around to save money!

Absolutely terrible! Items there are very expensive! The customer service is terrible very rude, not helpful basically get what you need and leave is the vibe I got! Was rude because I hit my vape in the store! Have had several friends go there and The same bad customer service to them! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Horrible customer service. Their quality is horrible. Do not buy anything from here. My ecig broke and they wouldn’t replace it and was very rude about exchanging it. The whole family is rude and have horrible attitudes. I came here and spent hundreds of dollars and they just lost a lot of customers!

They have always helped me out. When I first started vaping, I didn’t know what I was doing. Jessie and her husband have always been extremely helpful in explaining what does what. I’ve been going there since close to when it opened. Owner knows a lot and is very helpful. Lots of liquids and some of my favorites are here. However, I’d been getting their «Cypress Vapors Buy 10 Get The 11^th Free» cards stamped most of the time and finally had 10. Went in for my free bottle — picked a Space Jam, but the owner said the card was only good for house liquids. What? It does NOT say on the card that you can only get a house liquid free. I suggested that he put that on the card, and he said that those cards were printed when the store opened. Doesn’t matter when it was printed, it’s obviously misleading. Needless to say, I paid for the bottle. That Space Jam may have been the same price as the house juice or at most maybe $ 2-​$ 3 more. Was it worth $ 2 or $ 3 to possibly lose a customer? You made the mistake of not stating the rules on the card, so make a customer happy by honoring what your card does state. I always try to be faithful to small local stores because I prefer to keep my money in the area and appreciate the «people» contact. But everything can be bought online, and businesses that I’m trying to support should remember that.

Mark and his family are great people and they will go out of their way and to help you if time allows them a chance personally I prefer to support small business. I have been vapping for along time and had my own personal thought about getting into RDA process but always thought it to time consuming but after purchasing a kayfun and mark’s help showing me the ropes on building one RDA once I have become a monster at doing builds so long story short I gladly send my friends and family to assist them in growing their business with know they would be treated right

I was referred here by another vape shop because I wanted to switch to RDA. I called cypress vapors Thursday morning to ask about RDAs spoke with the owner and told him I would come in that evening to get an RDA and he says that would be great. Well I get there and he isn’t there, but his wife who knows nothing about RDAs is there. She was unable to help me but told me to come back Friday when he was there so he could help. I was pretty irritated since I had spoke with him on the phone earlier and he knew I would be coming in at a time that he wouldn’t be there, and didn’t let me know. I ended up buying a couple bottles of juice, and his wife threw in an extra bottle for free. She could probably tell I was irritated for wasting my time. Well fast forward to Friday I return to cypress vapor to get my RDA set up. The owner is actually there and begins to help me. Well as soon as we get down to business to start a build and show me the ropes he tells me he can’t because it’s busy and to come back tomorrow. No I won’t be returning AGAIN to not be helped AGAIN. highly annoyed. Cypress vapor needs to have at least a someone on staff that can actually help customers when they come in. It’s annoying and inconvenient for customers to not be able to get help with products that are sold in their shop. I would love to give this place a better rating as it’s a local shop with great selection, but the customer service is seriously lacking.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They really helped my fiancé and I find the perfect vaporizer and liquid for us first timers. We will definitely be back!
